The Aguas Group consists of a group of related companies that provide integral services in the sanitation market.
Our sanitation subsidiaries, regulated by Chilean legislation, provide water production and distribution services together with the collection, treatment and final disposal of sewage.
These are: Aguas Andinas S.A., Aguas Cordillera S.A. and Aguas Manquehue S.A.
In January 2022, Veolia and Suez announced their merger, through which Veolia has become the indirect controller of IAM. The Company's operations now also have the support of Veolia, a French multinational company with centuries of experience in three main service areas: water management, waste management and energy services.
The non-regulated subsidiaries offer services of industrial waste treatment, the sale of equipment and nonconventional renewable energies, laboratory analysis and the development of energy projects relating to sanitation companies.
These are: EcoRiles S.A., Hidrogistica S.A. and Análisis Ambientales S.A. (Anam).
