The current dividend policy consists of the distribution of at least 30% of net income for the year as a mandatory dividend, with the possibility of distributing a second payment of up to 70% as an additional dividend. This policy remains in effect as long as the company's current level of capitalization continues and is compatible with the investment and financing policies established for each year.

The next dividend of Aguas Andinas should be proposed and approved at the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held in April of next year, notwithstanding the fact that during the year the Board of Directors may decide to distribute an interim dividend.

Historically, the Company has distributed 100% of recurring profits for the year (discounting results from the sale of assets), the exception was during the pandemic period due to the economic uncertainty and liquidity of financial markets, which, added to a context of drought and climate change, required a more conservative position.
