Aguas Andinas has other non-sanitation businesses that are complementary to the sanitation industry.

These subsidiaries are the following:

EcoRiles

A company providing integral advisory and management services in sewage and liquid waste. From 2001 to date, it has established itself as the leading operator of industrial-effluent plants, with 41% of marketshare throughout the country. The company is predominant in the areas where food and drink sectors are also found. Of particular note are the dairy industry (more than 90% particpation in thisbusiness), and the paper and meat industries.

Análisis Ambientales S.A. (Anam)

Laboratory dedicated to sampling and environmental analysis, credited under Chilean requirements and those pertaining to the Agbar Group. As part of its strategy, ANAM develops cutting-edge technicle analysis, allowing the laboratory to reach the highest levels of detection and quantification of organic compounds and metals present in water. Currently, ANAM has a relevant participation in the national potable water and bottled water markets, in which it works with the leading international brands which are present in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay. In the same manner, in the waste and sewage market, ANAM services the largest industries in the country.

Hidrogistica S.A.

In 2001, this subsidiary was created with the aim of commercializing materials belonging to the network associated with potable water and sewage for the different contractors of the Aguas Group. Currently, this line of business represents 95% of the Company's billing and the other 5% includes the cleaning of sewers and water systems for the sanitation industry and the industrial market in general.

Biogenera

The Aguas Group’s involvement in the energy and electric sector is based in this subsidiary, ever since its establishment in 2011.

In September 2014, Biogenera began the construction of the Methanization plant, in order to convert biogas generated in the La Farfana Sewage Treatment Plant into Biomethane, a fuel compatible with natural gas, to be delivered into the Metrogas distribution network.
